Gardening Together

Want to create a Pollinator Pathway garden?

Dallington Pollinators Community Garden wants you to help the Pollinators by creating micro Pollinator stations. If you live within a 1 km radius of the garden, you may be able to qualify. We are looking for 25 residential homes to participate in our proposed project, subject to approval by the city.  If you qualify, you may be provided with a pollinator kit in spring 2024. But first we need YOUR support and approval.

Multiple homeowners on the same street will get preference.  So get your neighbors to sign up too!

If you are interested in the project, please simply fill out the form below and send it to us before October 9th, 2023.

At Dallington Pollinators Community Garden, we aim to grow both our community, and our green garden each and every day. Dallington Pollinators Community Garden was founded by a few community members and their lifelong passion for  gardening and building community. Since then, we’ve managed to gain widespread public support for the Community Garden. We encourage community members of all ages to join us as partners, sponsors, or volunteers. We hope you will join us in one of our gardens to learn how to grow your own healthy and sustainable greens.

Dallington Pollinators Community Garden hosts different events throughout the year whether it is walks, exploring the ravines and the eco-system, or, learning the history of our neighborhood. They range from garden workdays to harvest and seed saving days. Annual events like Pumpkin walks, Movie Nights and Give-Away events tend to bring community members together.

The garden is involved in a variety of projects that range from food security to protecting biodiversity to providing educational workshops and resources to lead a healthier and greener lifestyle. The garden has recently added an innovative solutions for rainwater harvesting with the intention to provide much needed local water education and conservation.
